MCM Sales and Design Ltd have replaced the existing Lead Mansards and associated flat roof areas on the South Roof of Sea Containers House.
Cladding and strengthening the existing structure enabled a fast, efficient programme of works with fantastic results.
The original aluminium roof was retained and strengthened to create a new insulated AlkorPlan membrane roof finish which also encompass the uniques AlkorSolar rail for the pending Solar panels to be fitted.
The Mansard features the MCM Replica Lead Single Skin system tying in with the compatible AlkorPlan roof at high level.
MCM systems have a 700micron coating of AlkorPlan laminated to the steel liner sheet which enables full detail and compatibility with all AlkorPlan based single ply membrane systems.
Upon completion further images will be taken of the complete installation, MCM systems have been installed throughout the U.K and integrating the AlkorPlan and MCM systems from Renolit ensured the client would receive a twenty year guarantee throughout the install which includes all interfaces of pitched, flat and junction detail.
